Make Your Own Cream Cheese from Powder!

Mini Cheesecake Tart Recipe

Nilla wafers
1 cup cream cheese powder
1/3 cup water, or more for a softer cream cheese
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup sugar or 1/4 cup Xagave

In a small bowl, combine cream cheese powder, water, eggs, vanilla, and sugar. Beat well with
an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. 

Line a mini muffin pan with paper liners, and place inverted Nilla Wafer in each liner.

Top with 1 tbsp. of cream cheese mixture. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes, until cheesecakes are slightly firm, and domed, but not browned. Remove from the oven and cool in the refrigerator for
1-2 hours until completely chilled. Top with sliced fruit. Enjoy!

Hearty Trail Mix



Tasty Trail Mix

4 cups banana chips
4 cups apple chips

1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup large shred unsweetened coconut
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup craisins
2 cups honey roasted peanuts

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together and blend well. Store in individual snack bags.

Quick Chili in the Pressure Cooker

  Quick Chili Recipe

1 1/2 cups FD ground beef
4 cups water
3 Tbsp. dehydrated onion
2 Tbsp. dehydrated celery
2 Tbsp. dehydrated bell peppers
1 Tbsp. mustard
3/4 cup ketchup
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. paprika

Combine all ingredients in the pressure cooker, and cook on high for 6 minutes. Serve with shredded cheese and tortilla chips.

Honey Teriyaki Sauce

Triple Berry Buckle

Triple Berry Buckle


  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cups freeze dried Triple Berry Mix
  •    Topping:
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup cold butter, cubed

Directions


  • In a blender or small bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg. Combine the flour, baking powder and salt; add to creamed mixture alternately with milk, beating well after each addition. Meanwhile pour boiling water over the berries in a separate bowl and allow to sit 5 minutes. Drain off excess water. Fold berries into batter. Pour batter into greased 9-in. square baking pan or 6 smaller ramekins
  • For topping, in a small bowl, combine the sugar, flour and cinnamon; cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over berry mixture.
  • Bake at 375° for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack. Yield: 4-6 servings.
