Creamy Cheddar Cheese Sauce
Discover a whole new world of possibilities in the kitchen

easy it is to substitute powdered dairy for fresh.
To make your own Cheese Sauce Mix...
Combine the following ingredients in an airtight container:
4 1/2 cups Powdered Cheddar Cheese
2 1/2 cups Powdered Country Cream Milk
2 1/2 cups Powdered Butter
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. sea salt
Mix all ingredients well, and store on the shelf until ready to use.
To make Creamy Cheese Sauce :
Simply combine 1 cup water with 1/3 cup Cheese Sauce Mix
and stir over medium heat until thick and creamy, about 2
minutes. Pour over vegetables or pasta. Enjoy!

Ham Pasta Salad...The Star at Your Upcoming Picnic!
When you think of freeze dried meats, you may think they can only be used in cooked dishes.
Surprise! Did you know that freeze dried meats can also be used in cold salads? Why not? Try this for your next family picnic!
Simply cover your freeze dried meat with boiling water, and let it sit 10 minutes. Drain well, and add to hot or cold dishes.
Ham Pasta Salad
16 ounces bowtie pasta
1 cup freeze dried ham dices
1 cup boiling water
1/4 cup diced yellow bell pepper
1/4 cup red bell pepper
1/4 up orange bell pepper
10 grape tomatoes, halved
3 green onions, chopped
1 tbsp. minced garlic
3/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 cup shredded Romano cheese
Cook bowtie pasta according to directions. Meanwhile, cover ham dices with boiling water and let sit 10 minutes. Drain well, and add to a large bowl. Add peppers, tomatoes, onions, garlic, salt and pepper, cilantro, and Romano cheese. Finally, add the mayonnaise, and mix well. Chill 1 hour before serving.
